WebsiteDynamics Contract
Below is a link to a new contract for existing licensed resellers. The contract will be between yourself (or your company) and EZProvider Networks Inc. For your reference, details about the transition can be found here.
If you have more than one web builder, please fill out one contract and one payment for each web builder. A reminder that each builder is required to have at least one payout earned since May 2021.
If you agree with the terms of the contract, please fill it out as follows:
page 1: Enter your name or company and address
page 9: Fill out the information under WDTR
page 9: Enter in the domain of your Web Builder
bottom of all pages: sign your initials by "WDTR INITIALS"
Next, send a copy to info@resellerdynamics.com and pay the $1 fee below. We will confirm with you when we receive each of these items and let you know the next steps of the transition.
